Our anxiety is raising. It is like 24 hours is not enough for us.
We do not have time for ourselves.Even the ‘I can not breathe’ statement is in the language of all of us.
We were looking for a way out in this busy lives. Some new words that are already existed entered our lives such us;
mindfulness, meditation, awareness
You have heard about this concepts, I am sure of it.
What is mindfullness, what is the difference between mindfullness and meditation, Is yoga a different technique
from breathe awareness?In Tibetan language mindfullness means’ The ability of focusing on whatever you are
interested in ‘; focus on your task while you are working, focusing on waiting when you are eating.
Meditation is not only sitting in the dark as eyes closed , it is to invite the mind to where we are. A Buddhist
meditation and the breath meditations called shamatha in Sanskrit, tells includes the same method.
Doing Yoga make us aware of our minds and bodies and helps us to stay in ‘the moment’. Thus, Yoga is a
‘mindfullness activity’. We are looking for our body, breathe , mind and existince in the journey that we are
taking to find ourselves. In this journey, the main goals are to enjoy it, stay in the moment, be aware of what we are
doing. It does not matter what we are doing. Being belong to an activity makes us ‘us’. Mind that is in search needs
to wittness what it is doing. Do not look at the words, it does not matter what you are doing to stay in the moment,
just be aware what you are doing.
