Aylin Olsun, have more than 20 years of business leadership experience in well-known multinational foreign and Turkish companies in the Human Resources at Automotive, Energy, Electricity, Iron and Steel and Textile sectors. In her business life, she has been an active role in the formation of the Group structure as the Human Resources Coordinator (CHRO) in the Erdemir Group. She was responsible for Turkey and the Turkic Republics (Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Uzbekistan) as Assistant General Manager in charge of Human Resources and Internal Communications in Scneider Electric. She worked for 12 years in Pirelli where she started to work in her early career.
Over 20 years of corporate life she has focused on merger& acquistions, restructuring and corporate change, creation of leadership programs, creation and dissemination of corporate brand strategy, talent management.
Aylin Olsun was graduated from Marmara University International Relations department. Then, she completed her master's degree in economics at Istanbul University. In 2013, she completed the ICF approved CTI Coaching Program. She, as PDI certified Global Talent Evaluator, worked in Turkey, Italy and Saudi Arabia in evaluation centers. At the same time, she is certified Harrison and PDI 360 assesser. She also has Mentor certification for Innovation and Business Coaching for the European Union-supported National Mentors Network of TÜBİTAK .She is now in the network of TÜBİTAK National Mentors. It provides support to SMEs and family companies for institutionalization.
She is a founding member of PWN (Professional Women Network) Istanbul. Since 2013, she has been serving as PWN Istanbul Board Member and General Secretary. She is also a member of Peryon, ICF, ICF Turkey, Propeller Association. She is in the Board of Trustees of Turkey Science Centers Foundation. She is founder of the ASO Company and has been carrying out consulting projects on Human resources, leadership evaluation and innovation since 2015. She is married and has a 12 year old son.
