Selen Erkut Kayış

Selen was born in 1982 in Istanbul. She graduated from Galatasaray University. She has a degree for industrial engineering. While she was working in the professional marketing field, she concentrated on Yin Yoga especially in yoga classes because of stress and spine problems. She has completed Yoga Alliance approved Yin Yıga Trainer Training in may 2013 , the 200- hour Yoga Alliance approved Basic Yoga Trainer training with Berra Sertel in january 2015. She also completed Birthright Perinatal pregnant yoga training in Zurich in October 2013. Selen discovered the power of touching with the Thai Yoga Massage Training, which she completed in April 2016. In 2015, they prepared Awareness Workshops that includes with breathing exercises and yoga for employees of the corporate company with Özge. Selen continues to work in the field of marketing, adapting the teachings to daily life, such as "to stay and stay", "calm the mind", "to recognize the boundaries" that she learned with yoga. She gives the private and group yoga and awareness lessons. İn the areas of hatha / vinyasa and pregnant yoga. She founded Moksha Istanbul together with Özge in 2016. At the 1st Intrapreneurship and Innovation Conference,they conducted mini-exercises throughout the day for participants to manage their energy for personal awareness and creativity.
